xMacTCP.lisp in MCL 2.0.1

That file is a copy of the last version before the MCL 3.0 CD was cut.

It is not known whether it really runs in MCL 2.0.1. If it does,
you could conditionalize it appropriately, and other MCL 2.0.1 users
could use it rather than having to load the MCL 2.0 version of
tcp-conditions2.lisp

This would make MCL 2.0.1 users more source compatible with MCL 3.0.

And yes, version 1.1 of CL-HTTP is included in the MCL 3.0 CD.
