Retrieving CL-HTTP for Lisp Machine

I tried to retrieve cl-http for an Ivory machine embedded in a FX 
(and running Genera 8.3). What I did is exactly what you suggested, 
namely
:restore distribution
:use disk disk
then the ivory asked
pathname for dummy tape file
and I answered
ftp.ai.mit.edu:/pub/users/jcma/cl-http/lispm.reel-1

Unfortunately, the immediate answer was
 "ftp.ai.mit.edu" is not a known file server host.

What should I do? (same question for the file containing examples 
and documentation).
