CL-HTTP problems

I have a symbolics XL1200.  I am running Genera 8.1.1.  When I try to duwnload
the Symbolics source for cl-httpd and :Restore Distribution  I get an error
message saying that the file does not contain Version 1 embedded-length data.

Can you tell me what I need to get started.
