An updated release is on the FTP site.  It contains a series of
fixes from the past week, especially a number that make 1.1
work according to spec.  There are updates to the ports for
ACL, LW, and Mac.

Generation code calling Html tables will need recompilation.

Also, code calling with-successful-response should be updated
for 60.11, and arguments updated to 1.1 calling as 1.1 clients come on stream.

I spent this past afternoon and evening finding 1.1 bugs in cl-http and
the W3C Line Mode browser with Henrik Frystyk.  We think we have
sorted out most of the 1.1 bugs in both his client and this server.

We would like to get some feedback on the experiences people are
having with the new release.
