www.franz.com has something a little like it. I wonder, does Franz use
CL-HTTP for their web server?
Danny Goodman's JavaScript Handbook (Chapter 18) has something even more like
it. Check out http://www.dannyg.com/, and specifically
http://www.dannyg.com/update1.html for the binhex download. As I recall, the
primary limitation is that it's for a fixed hierarchy -- the output can't be
generated on the fly.
