HELP FROM GREECE

I am going to install  the cl-http server on a unix machine.
I ve got the following software features.
1) Red Hat version  4 Linux
2) Allegro Common Lisp 4.3 for Linux 
3) The relevant cl-http software from 
   ftp://ftp.ai.mit.edu/pub/users/jcma/cl-http/sources.tar.Z.

Can you please  indicate an analytical  configuration file that will help me to 
install cl-http server? 
Is there anything else I should have-know  (Software?)  before to procced to the
installation.
             Any help will be wellcomed
