Work with private industry to advance the implementation of technologies
that provide citizen access to government information and services.

The Customer Service Improvement Team should begin to implement a
program, by December 1994, that actively encourages private sector
investment in technologies that will enhance public access to the
government. Partnerships with industry should be developed that
encourage and provide incentives for industry to assist government in
improving customer service. A strategic plan for this program should be
developed by November 1995.
