Demonstrate the continued commitment to small and small disadvantaged businesses. The President should issue a directive that demonstrates the administration's continued commitment to ensure that a fair proportion of federal contracts and purchases will be placed with small and small disadvantaged businesses and that revisions to the procurement process should not adversely affect the ability of these small businesses to obtain a fair share of government procurements.
