Energy Efficiency Info in DLA and GSA Catalogs

Provide energy efficiency information in GSA and DLA catalogs and
automated system.

By August 1994, the Administrator, GSA, and the Director, Defense
Logistics Agency, should provide energy efficiency information in their
supply catalogs and other publications in order to aid agencies in
ordering from supply sources. Automated systems that provide information
to ordering agencies and/or provide for electronic ordering should also
be modified to provide the same type of information.
