Encourage multiple award schedule contractors to identify equipment that
meets the EPA Energy Star requirements.

By January 1994, the Administrator, GSA, should develop and include a
contract clause in multiple award schedule contracts for computer
equipment to require contractors to identify equipment that meets "EPA
Energy Star" requirements for energy efficiency in their brochures and
on their schedule price lists.
