"A draft strategic plan for development and implementation of the one-stop
service shop should be completed by November 1994."

What is the status of this report? Is it available or is there a target date?

I assume that the Government Wide Electronic On-line Services (GWEOS) committee
is responsible for this action. GWEOS is the interagency team that was chartered
by GITS.
