I AM THE ADP SECURITY SPECIALIST HERE AT THE NISSC-USPS IN
RALEIGH NC. I AM A PART OF A LARGER SECURITY TEAM WHICH HAS JUST MET
TO WORK ON SERVERAL OF THE THINGS MENTIONED IN THIS "SYSTEMS AND
MECHANISMS TO ENSURE PRIVACY AND SECURITY" DOCUMENT. WE UNDERSTAND THE
DIRECTION THIS COUNTRY AND THE WORLD IS HEADED ON THE "INFORMATION
HIGHWAY". WE UNDERSTAND THAT AVAILABILTY, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND
INTERGRITY (IS IT AS GOOD AS WE THINK IT IS) ARE THE INFORMATION
SYSTEMS SECURITY SPECIALIST CREED. THE BAD GUYS ARE OUT THERE AND WE
NEED A COLLECTIVE PROACTIVE PLAN TO DEAL ACROSS GOVERNMENT PLATFORMS
WITH THESE CHALLENGES. I THING THE DOCUMENT PUT IT AS WELL AS I HAVE
EVERY HEARD IT. "MORE THAN DOLLAR LOSSES ARE AT STAKE".  THE QUESTION
IS WHAT ARE WEEEE GOING TO DO COLLECTIVELY?
