3. Conduct management and budget reviews for the ecosystem management projects as part of the fiscal year 1995 budget process. OMB, in cooperation with the Interagency Ecosystem Management Task Force, will conduct reviews of selected ecosystem management projects to identify and analyze current and proposed agency plans and activities in the ecosystems.
