Authors need to submit the following by July 21, 1998 :

1. Two hard copies of the final manuscript and a completed hard copy of the Springer copyright form to MICCAI 1998 c/o Eric Grimson MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory 545 Technology Square Cambridge MA 02139

2. A web-based form containing information about the final manuscript, and an electronic copy of the final manuscript. Click here to begin the electronic submission.

The proceedings are going to be produced in the computer science lecture notes series by Springer Verlag, Each paper is allocated a maximum of 8 pages in the format specified by Springer Verlag. Formatting instructions, including templates in MS Word and in Latex are are available from Springer Verlag Author Instructions. Authors may purchase up to four additional pages at the cost of US $50 per (single sided) page. There will be additional charges of US $300 for any pages (again, single sided) printed in color (If you choose to have any pages reproduced in color, please enclose a note specifying which ones.) Please note that all additional charges are payable to MICCAI, c/o Eric Grimson and not to Springer.
