I guess some of you are having difficulties with this PS. Here's a
couple of small pieces of advice. Don't waste time trying to get the
most general possible solution. It's ok to make some simplifying
assumptions, e.g. that you know which concentration will be the major
concentration (3 courses) and which will be the ones with 2 courses.
Also, recall that a few of the requirements as listed in the MEng file
will not work as constraint arcs. So, don't discard an approach that
handles most of the listed conditions because you can't see how to
handle all.
