Subject: ET Game Follow-up Date: Tue, 12 Dec 2000 18:46:04 -0500 From: "His name was Matthew Marjanovic..."To: execution-time@ai.mit.edu CC: execution-time-fans@ai.mit.edu The schedule is not out yet for next term or for IAP, but we should hopefully get a game in the latter half of IAP, and our new games should be against much more competitive teams. For those of you who missed it, we won our game last Thursday against some sorry opponents (even with 1.5 of our own donated to them) by the flagrant margin of 12-0. It was a great game to practice actual plays, though, so I won't knock it. Incidents of note: o Luke and Alex both got hammered by frustrated, angry opponents. Unfortunately, no one actually saw Alex get "lit up on the boards behind the net", so we'll never really know what happened. o Brad constructively expressed his annoyance at the sorry state of the opposition by scoring multiple goals from the blue line. o And, "Jumpin' Jack" Costanza wowed players and fans alike with fleet feats, hopping over downed players and wayward equipment throughout the second half of the game.
