- Meet in the NE43 8th floor playroom, outside of room 818
Outline
This is a seminar course designed to teach students about various strange and wonderful architectures
that are not covered elsewhere in the undergraduate curriculum. Topics that will be discussed include
dataflow computers, reversible computers, non-standard memory consistency models, and biological computation.
Each student will choose a topic on which to give a presentation; there will be two one-hour presentations
each week. Online pre-registration is required. Grading will be
pass/fail based on presentations and attendance.
