Welcome to the Bison Shop!

The Bison Project (aka The Bison Shop) is one of many groundbreaking research endeavors being conducted at the MIT Bison Intelligence Laboratory.

The goal of the Bison Project is to create a bisonoid robot as a testbed for theories on bison cognitive development. Buffy, as we like to call our robot, will learn and develop on its own through its interaction with the world. We are aiming to create a bisonoid mechanism which approaches the ability and skill level of a two-year old calf. It's a lofty goal, but, damn, it tastes so good!
