I redid the CAM reset as you suggested, using bit 31 of the
control word for the reset bit.  It is indeed simpler, and appears
to work OK.

The only difference between the model in my directory and the one
in the release directory is the file ctlsvchip.edf.v, so I
updated this file in release and renamed the old one
ctlsvchip.edf.v.dec12.  This should fix the step list pointer
and provide the new reset function.
