The source paper for JMLR special issue is svm*01.tex
The command for running it is latex ....
Bibliography is in bib*.bib
Use bibtex

The current version doesnt have the submitted and published dates;
nor the page numbers appropriate.   This should be edited by the editors.

The current final version (subject to the above) is svm*01.ps

This is now the final version.  The main files say ..FINAL.. in them.
So the source which should be latex'ed is 
svmpaper*JMLR*FINAL*tex
