This directory contains presentations and movies used for the AI Lab tours. It contains this readme file, projects.txt file that lists all the projects represented in the tour, and individual project directories. All the project names should start with a capital letter to make automatic processing easier. projects.txt file lists all of the current projects and their status. It is used as a table of context and as a to-do list. Every time changes are made in this directory, they should be recored in projects.txt file. Project directories have a standard structure. For example, directory RandomProject should contain: RandomProject.ppt - power point file with most up-to-date presentation; (This may be in a Low_Tech folder) RandomProject-details.ppt - optional more detailed description of the project; (This may be in a High_Tech folder) movies - directory that contains current movies for the project; (Any movies included in the above ppt presentations are most likely inserted from this file (literally, using "insert from file" in powerpoint). This means that changing the structure of these directories will break the presentations unless you take precautions to update the movie paths in each one.) old - directory that contains old presentations and movies (in old/movies) for this project; new - a directory that contains new material for the project that has not been incorporated into the presentation yet (should be empty most of the time). NOTE: misc directory contains the overview talk, the intro and the movie lists. This is there to help organizing the projects. It should be removed once we are done with the old presentations.
