MAC CL-HTTP 1.3 (29.11)

This implements the Netscape extensions to HTML2 that they propose
as elements of HTML3. Authoring tools in the html3 (or netscape package)
can now generate mark up to more fully control the behavior of Netscape,
and to a lesser degree,
Mosaic. The primary features include: tables, backgrounds, client-side
refresh.

A predicate is provided so that generation can determine the user agent easily
and generate appropriate mark up according to the client's capabilities.

There are examples in http:examples;exports.lisp. CL-HTTP directory
operations now
use tables when possible to generate more readable displays.

This release is primarily useful only to people running MCL 3.0 or Genera
8.3 which
can serve Netscape clients effectively.
