This kick starts listening streams that may go into a closed state when
connections
do not come up fully and includes a number of additional safety features.

Remember, if you are having serious trouble running cl-http on your mac
with the new
interface, it could be the case that your MacOS configuration, your
extension settings, or
third party extensions may be interacting in adverse ways with MCL,
OpenTransport (MacTCP),
or the MacOS itself. The only way to be sure about what is going on is to
begin from a clean
system 7.5.3 with OpenTransport 1.1 or MacTCP 2.0.6 and run CL-HTTP 58.12.
