Have the license term changed in the last couple of months? When last I 
looked cl-http had a GNU-like license which reserved rights to derivative 
works. This is a big potential problem for commercial use. Given its 
Lisp nature it seemed like almost any use would be create a derivative 
work. It was never clear to us whether it was your intention to allow 
commercial use where there could be Lisp extensions to CL-HTTP where 
the commercial developer coudl reserve the rights to those extensions.
