Hyperarchives Now Threaded

The mail hyperarchive facility now handles cross references and provides
threaded views.

I would be interested in any comparisons to other similar facilities and
suggestions for how to improve this one.

The code for exporting  such hyperarchives from plain mail archives
without any copying and with realtime update is available from

http://wilson.ai.mit.edu/cl-http/examples/mail-archive.lisp

It requires CL-HTTP 60.87 or higher. In particular, it relies on
60.85, 60.86, 60.87.

All other hyperarchives on wilson now use the same technology.
