Yes, it will be in the next devo release.
Either wait for the next devo release, hopefully later this week, or
get the following patch files:
60.85, 60.86, 60.87, 60.88
these are available ffrom the lispm patch directory:
http://wilson.ai.mit.edu/cl-http/sources/lispm/server/patch/cl-http-60/
These patches can be assembled in a companion patch file that will run
under 60.57 and the 60.63 devo.
Let me know any features and improvements that you come up with.
