I found the problem with the PS 5 code and it has been fixed.
There is a change in one function in grules.scm.

I tested it on both MIT Scheme and SCI and it actually fixed the
problem in compiling under SCC, so I also created a ps5-sci as
advertised in the PS.

Sorry about this; this is the problem with incompatible language
versions.
