Read the documentation on http:export-url and pay attention to the
section on exporting directories. You export static files as they
are added to a directory hierarchy of your choice.  You will find examples
of such exports in http:examples;exports.lisp

As for replacing servers, I've had mine replaced for 34 months. :-)
