Compiler We provide a compiler written in Emacs-Lisp, which compiles lisp-like descriptions of feedforward Neural Networks into C code. Here are the compiler, a test file and the compiler's output in C.
Simulator We provide a simple Matlab and Simulink simulator
of a moving robot for Research Assignment 1. The
files can be found in the archive SIM.zip.
New: Bug found in detectobs.m. New file
here.
Matlab resources Both Matlab and Simulink are available on Athena. You can find help by following links from MIT Computing Help pages.
Neural networks resources These may be helpful in case you need to refreshen your memory about artificial neural networks:
Braitenberg simulators If you'd like to play with an existing braitenberg vehicle simulation package, here are a few that have been tracked down. Note that they are not needed for RA1 and are here for your hacking convenience -- the TA's aren't intimately familiar with the details of each implementation.
